Etude House Disney Limited Edition Collection [Exclusive to Korea] - SWATCHES ONLY

Hey everyone! So I finally got my hands on the newly released Etude House Disney Limited edition collection. Now this collection was actually exclusive to Korea only, which made me want this collection even more! The one place that searched for this collection was Ebay, and found a shop called 2fplus1 & another Korean makeup online shop called Twofacemall.com  Now this time I made sure I didn't go too overboard with the purchase, since my last Etude House collection (their Sweet Recipe line) I purchased quite a few items, and for the most part a lot of the products disappointed me ): But anyway back to this collection, this post will only have pictures of swatches and the names of the items that I've purchased from the collection. I will not be doing a review here since I'm planning on to a entire video featuring a makeup tutorial using the products (:

Innisfree Color Glow Lipstick - #6 Maple Burgundy Pink

Hey everyone! I've been meaning to do this review for the longest time now, but have been putting it off due to school work~ While on my study break, I decided to finally post up this review! (: So once I saw the CF for this lipstick, it was seriously just a "must have" or "I need it now" type of product. Innisfree knows what they're doing when it comes to advertising! 

Right off the back, I'm already loving the minimalistic packaging of the lipstick and how it has the color of the lipstick shown at the bottom of the packaging~ It also has a nice pleasant scent. One thing I have to point out, I feel the color doesn't truly represent the actual lip color that Yoona wore in the CF. That was a bummer since the main reason why I bought the lipstick was for the color T.T Just hoped it was more of a darker burgundy lipstick color. The lipstick is very moisturizing, so for those of you that HATE matte lipsticks, you would love this! But since it is so moisturizing, these lipsticks tend to smudge easily around the lip line, so it can get a bit messy. The lipstick is build-able, so you can apply it sheer if you prefer a tinted lip color, or you can just wear it all out!

I purchased this lipstick off of W2BEAUTY, it did take awhile for the product to come mainly because it was during the Korean Chuseok Holiday, so my package was sent after Chuseok and took about 10 days to reach my doorsteps (SHIPPING WAS FREE) .

PROS:

+ Moisturizing

+ The color is build-able

+ Nice pleasant scent

CONS:

- Color can be misleading from the pictures advertised 

- Although very moisturizing, can be smudgy around the lip line

- Pricy ($15, equivalent to a MAC lipstick)

I would give this particular lipstick a 3.5 star rating.

I wouldn't mind trying out the other colors, however I don't think I will be repurchasing this specific color.

GMarket Haul!

Hey everyone! So today's post is another GMarket Haul! I swear GMarket has become an addicting site to shop at!!! I LOVE IT! The shipping is really pricey... I can tell you that... but it is so darn worth it when your package arrives at your doorsteps in 2 days! SUPER FAST SHIPPING (I live in New York btw). 

So here is my order! Didn't get as much as last time, but Im seriously so excited to try out these products! (: Most of my beauty items here were purchased from Etude House! & the book is Ulzzang Pony's makeup book! 

Beauty Items from Etude House:

Etude House AC Clinic Daily Acne Foam Cleanser 

I wanted to get this cleanser since I have been experiencing a bit of breakout here and there! I've heard tons of good things about this specific skincare line from Etude House. I figure I'd give this cleanser a shot since it was actually on sale! I believe it was 50% off the original price! WHAT A STEAL!

As you can see from the picture, it lathers up pretty well & it does really get very foamy ^^ This product does have a ginger like smell in my opinion, which can be a bit too much for me ~

Etude House Surprise Essence Concealer

My friend Sunny also known as Sunnydahye on YouTube raves about this concealer. I always tend to love the products she recommends, so I was really excited to get my hands on this! ^^ This concealer has a very unique sponge and I honestly just dot this product to my trouble areas. As the pictures shown below, I tried to point out the area of the dark spot on hand that I tried to cover. As you can see, the product doesn't provide full coverage, but a good medium coverage. (: 

1. The uncovered dark spot on my hand.

3. The medium coverage that help lightened and covered the dark spot.

Etude House CC Cream (Silky)

This product was newly released from Etude House & it is their CC Cream. The CC Cream stands for Color Control and it claims to be an 8-in-1 type of product. It has a formula that hydrates, primes, conceal, treats, protects skin, whitening, anti-wrinkle & sun protection. I like how hygienic this CC Cream is, since it comes in a squeeze pump packaging. The CC Cream comes out white, and if you look closely there are these tiny capsules which will burst once you rub the product into your skin, which then helps match the CC Cream to your skin color. This CC Cream doesn't give much coverage, I would say it has a sheer coverage, but leaves a satin finish on my skin!

3. The sheer coverage left behind by the CC Cream, after being blended fully.

PONY'S MAKEUP BOOK VOL. 2

So the last product I picked up was Pony's makeup book. And this is her second makeup book ( I believe she has 3 in total). This book has tons of great tips and tricks on how to achieve the most amazing natural, gorgeous makeup looks! Although everything is written in Korean, you can get by through looking at the step by step pictures! 

There is a CD provided which has extra bonus looks that Pony personally demonstrates on how to achieve them!

GMarket Haul: Etude House

Hey guys! Today's post is a GMarket Haul! Got tons of goodies from Etude House. I loveee GMarket, but their shipping is crazy expensive T.T I paid around $40 for shipping, but got refunded $8 since they overcharged me. But in the end I was still getting the better deal on GMarket than the other sites like Amazon or Ebay (: Everything took me around 10 minutes to open since the products were packaged safely with bubble wrap. I tried to be neat with everything, but gave up in the end and just started using scissors LOL!

Mostly everything I got were from Etude House's newest collection line "Sweet Recipe" with the exception of one item from their "Princess Etoinette" Love their cutesy packaging! ^^

The actual mirror is really small, about the sides of my hand, but I like that since it is compact. I will be using this a lot when I'm filming makeup tutorials, so you'll all be seeing this in my upcoming videos (:

Etude House Sweet Recipe Makeup Sliced Cake Puffs

I just picked up some simple makeup sponges. Why? No reason, I guess I was just sucked into the Etude House Sweet Recipe cuteness and bought this product on a whim. I only ever used makeup brushes and my hands for applying on foundation/BB Cream, so using makeup sponges is a first for me. I've heard from others that they liked using sponges more so hopefully it will be the same for me!

This was probably the heaviest item of the whole order. The container actually feels sturdy almost glass like (: There is this artificial berry smell to it which i'm not a big fan of, I actually find the smell unpleasant ):

Etude House Sweet Recipe Chocolate Highlighter

Wasn't sure whether or not to get the highlighter or the eyeshadow, but ended up with the highlighter only because I don't own any highlighters~ So this being my first highlighter product, when I did swatch it, it was pretty pigmented and shimmery! I'm just hoping when this product transfer onto my face, I don't look like a disco ball x)

Etude House Sweet Recipe Cupcake All Over Color (Strawberry, Blueberry, Peach)

This was definitely one of those products from the new line that I wanted to try out! (: This is actually an all in one type of product, you can use it as a cream blush, eyeshadow base or lip color. I was actually hoping that each of these would have a distinctive smell to it, but they all smell the same. They all have that nice peachy smell!

Etude House Sweet Recipe Chocolate Smudge Liner #1 & #2

Lately I've been on a hunt for a good brown gel liner~ So when Etude House released these two gel liners, I was willing enough to give these a go (: One is more of darker brown and Two is a milky brown color. Excited to try these out! ^^

Since I purchased at least 5 items from the Official Etude House GMarket shop, they were having a promotion where they'll give you this awesome deluxe sample set featuring some of Etude House most famous best selling items!!! And they also threw in a free face mask (their pearl extract) ! (: So the travel kit contained Baking Powder B.B Deep Cleansing Foam, Moistful Collagen First Essence, Moistful Collagen Cream & Precious Mineral BB Cream Bright Fit Natural Beige W13. 

So that is all! Was definitely happy with my GMarket experience,shipping, service, products and etc.! Will definitely take the chance to order from GMarket again when I earn some cash LOL!
